A full day of fun workshops in the Pat Tracey style of Lancashire clog dance.
Clog dance, the original percussive street dance, developed in the mining and weaving towns of east Lancashire, with intricate rhythms and fancy moves that made their way from the street, through competitions and onto the music hall stage. You will find the steps still turning up on Strictly and in West End shows. Clog dancing is fun. It’s also good exercise. It’s like tap dancing with attitude. All you need to get started is a sense of rhythm – we lend you the clogs.
